Here at Epoch Eats our cakes will not be a carbon copy of something from a magazine or Pinterest. We design each cake for the individual(s) it is meant to celebrate.

As a cake designer, Rachel Thompson combines her love for food and years studying studio arts to create the edible masterpiece that will be a part of your event. To get to the design Chef Rachel will meet with the client and discuss the event (wedding, birthday, anniversary, etc), colors, themes, what the celebration is for, what the person likes, cake designs, art, or nature that may inspire them, etc., etc., etc.

Note that Epoch Eats does not do generic cakes, sheet cakes or copies of other designs. We will look at other cakes, desserts, art, etc. for design inspiration.
